Our Music Director

Chuck Eady, a native of Georgia, received his Bachelors and Masters of Music Education degrees from Florida State University and Memphis State University. Along with his responsibilities at LCPC, he is Director of Bands at Pleasant Grove High School.

Mr. Eady has also served in other area churches as minister of music at Raleigh Ave. Baptist Church and Community Presbyterian Church. He and his wife, Lee have 3 sons, Amon, Michael, and David. The newest addition to the Eady household is their new grandson Noah.

Our Keyboardist
Jon Michael Ogletree:
Jon Michael Ogletree is a true lover of music. At an early age, Jon Michael began climbing up on the piano bench in his living room and sounding out chords. His love of music continued to grow when he was enrolled in the Samford University Music Preparatory program. He continued his lessons there from the age of four until the age of thirteen.  Some might suggest that this is not a unique ability or characteristic. There are many lovers of music who create beautiful music in the world today. However, what makes Jon Michael's music a special gift is the fact that Jon Michael is a dwarf. While he stands only three feet eight inches tall, his personality and his music easily fill a room.  Jon Michael's music has been described as easy listening with a hint of jazz. He has won multiple awards and had the privilege of appearing at Governor Bob Riley's Christmas party this past year. He can currently be heard at Leonardo's Italian Restaurant on Saturday evenings and at Birmingham Country Club on Thursday evenings. Jon Michael also plays at Presbyterian Church of the Hills every Sunday. (www.lcpca.org).  Jon Michael is currently attending Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. He is presently majoring in Accounting and continues to pursue his musical career. His most recent CD, Simplicity, features all original works.  He also just finished recording a CD with singer and friend Thomas Capra, which features RUF style hymns.  The CD is now available on CD Baby.
